About Our Founder and President, Charles Kiester
Charles Kiester has spent 35+ years in the legal and professional information industries. As a Senior Account Executive with Thomson Reuters, Charles managed a tri-county Central Florida area, where he developed $1.6 million in new and renewal contract sales, with a diverse customer base of over 400 law firm accounts. On the marketing side, Charles was part of the early days when Thomson Reuters acquired FindLaw, a well-known provider of marketing and business development solutions for law firms. This experience has developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the unique challenges of attorneys, law firms, and small and medium-sized businesses. Attorneys serve a vital purpose in regulating society and creating positive change by holding responsible parties accountable. In this business and market, change is constant. Charles has seen the changes over the years from the perspective of an employee at a large corporation serving small and medium-sized businesses to being a small business owner and employer. The insights learned over the years afford Charles the opportunity to serve the legal and business market in ways that help him stand out from the crowd. As the president of Southern Cross Media of Central Florida, Charles helps businesses throughout the Central Florida community grow and expand their online presence through a variety of digital marketing services.
When he’s not helping local businesses grow, he finds ways to engage within the community. Past service includes volunteering with the Coalition for the Homeless, the Love Wins program at All Saints Episcopal Church to bring groceries to needy families, and serving on the board of Canterbury Conference Center, which invites people from all walks of life to grow their faith through the gift of hospitality.
